How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do your wash windows?

Yes. Interior, exterior as well, if "tilt-in". Additional fee, per window. Windows must be reasonably accessable.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 12 hours will there be a charge?

No, we try not to play that game. We just ask that you be courteous and give us a reasonable "heads-up" so we don't waste our time. We are hopeful, if you "cancel," you will reschedule for another time.
Do you wear masks and gloves?

Yes, we follow common sense protocols, as a safety measure, and as a courtesy.
Do you have the big vans for steam cleaning the carpets and upholstery?

No. Actually "steam" cleaning is a "misnomer". The old-fashioned way is not eco-friendly, and can do more harm than good. We use a low-moisture and simple extraction process.

Commercial Contract Janitorial Service

We are available for daily, weekly, or monthly scheduled contract cleaning. Our rates depend upon analysis of site and itemized requirements.
